How do I get my debit card?

When you open your Credit Karma Money Spend account, you’ll have immediate access to set up your virtual card with your digital wallet.

If you’d like a Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card sent to you, you’ll first need to fund your Credit Karma Spend account with a deposit and confirm your mailing address. Easily access your available funds with your virtual card until your new Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card arrives. 

Alternatively, you still have the option to request a new debit card by clicking Settings in the Money tab of your Intuit Credit Karma App. Once you request a new debit card, it is sent through the US USPS and should arrive within 7-14 business days.  

Activate your debit card

You can activate your debit card by following these steps:

1. Log into your Credit Karma account on your computer or mobile device
   • Download from the App Store for iOS
   • Download from Google Play for Android
2. Navigate to Spend
3. Under debit card status, select Activate card
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card
   • Your card number appears on the back of the card
5. Enter a 4 digit PIN that will be used to access ATMs and purchases 
6. Confirm your 4 digit PIN by entering the same number again

Requesting a new card for the first time

If you need to request a new debit card:

1. Go to request a new card
2. On the confirmation screen, select Request a new card to confirm that you want a new card sent to your mailing address
