When you open your Credit Karma Money Spend account, you’ll have immediate access to set up your virtual card with your digital wallet.
If you’d like a Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card sent to you, you’ll first need to fund your Credit Karma Spend account with a deposit and confirm your mailing address. Easily access your available funds with your virtual card until your new Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card arrives.
Alternatively, you still have the option to request a new debit card by clicking Settings in the Money tab of your Intuit Credit Karma App. Once you request a new debit card, it is sent through the US USPS and should arrive within 7-14 business days.
Activate your debit card
You can activate your debit card by following these steps:
- Log into your Credit Karma account on your computer or mobile device
- Navigate to Spend
- Under debit card status, select Activate card
- Enter the last 4 digits of the card
- Your card number appears on the back of the card
- Enter a 4 digit PIN that will be used to access ATMs and purchases
- Confirm your 4 digit PIN by entering the same number again
Requesting a new card for the first time
If you need to request a new debit card:
- Go to request a new card
- On the confirmation screen, select Request a new card to confirm that you want a new card sent to your mailing address
