A debit card lock is like a pause button. It puts a temporary hold on your card to ensure no one, not even you, can use it to make purchases.
Locking and unlocking your debit card is fast and easy online or by using the Intuit Credit Karma mobile app.
- Log into your Credit Karma account and Select the Money tab.
- Under Debit Card & ATM, tap the toggle to lock your card. Your card is locked and temporarily inactive. You can unlock your card any time.
- Once you are ready to unlock your card tap the toggle again, and you’re ready to use your card again.
If you believe your card has been lost, stolen, or if you see unauthorized transactions on your account please keep your card locked and request a new card, by clicking Request new card.
