SOLVEDBy Credit KarmaUpdated July 19, 2023

If you’re having trouble logging into Intuit Credit Karma and you know you’re using the correct email address and password, here are some troubleshooting techniques you can try.

If you need help updating your email address on Credit Karma or resetting your password, try following the directions here:

If you do not need to update your email address or reset your password, the following troubleshooting steps may help you regain access to your account:

Are you accessing Credit Karma from a new device?

If you’re using a different device or browser than you normally use to access Credit Karma, our system may not recognize it yet. If you have verified your phone number with Credit Karma and have two-factor authentication enabled, our system should prompt you to validate your new device or browser with your verified phone. If you need to update your verified phone number on Credit Karma, you will most likely need to contact us

If you’re still having trouble, try to log in on a device and internet connection you previously used to access your account.

Are you using a VPN?

If you're using a VPN, also known as a virtual private network, try disconnecting from it and then log into Credit Karma. If you continue to encounter difficulty, please try accessing Credit Karma using a different internet connection or cellular network.

Are you using a public internet connection?

If you’re trying to access Credit Karma from a shared internet connection (like public WiFi), then you may want to try using a different type of internet connection.

If you’re using a script-blocking plug-in like NoScript, please allow all scripts on CreditKarma.com.

Additionally, if you’re using a disposable email address with your Credit Karma account, you may want to consider setting up a new account with a traditional email service such as Gmail or Yahoo.
