How do I update my email preferences?

When you’re an Intuit Credit Karma member, there are different types of emails you may receive from us. You may also receive push notifications, which will appear on your mobile device.

Notifications 

  • Credit Monitoring: Communications primarily about important changes to your credit report(s). 
  • Identity Monitoring: Communications primarily about breaches or potential identity theft.
  • Accounts Monitoring: Communications primarily about insights or changes related to the accounts that appear on your credit report(s). 
  • Reminders and Updates: Communications primarily about reminders, updates, and other information related to your Credit Karma profile.
  • Auto: Communications primarily about auto.
  • Credit cards: Communications primarily about credit cards.
  • Checking: Communications primarily about checking.
  • Personal loans: Communications primarily about personal loans.
  • Savings: Communications primarily about savings.
  • Home: Communications primarily about home.
  • Special offers: Communications primarily about pre-release features or other special offers we think you’ll be interested in.     

To update your email and notification preferences

You’ll be able to opt into or out of both marketing push notifications and emails that you receive from Credit Karma in your “Notifications” settings through the Credit Karma app or through “Communications & Monitoring” if you’re on the web. 

If you’re on mobile:

  1. From the main page, tap on the menu in the top right corner of the screen

3. Tap to open notifications

4. Once you’ve adjusted your notification preferences, tap Save

If you’re on the web: 

  1. Go to Profile & Settings at the upper right of your screen.

2. Navigate to Communications & Monitoring

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails from Credit Karma using the unsubscribe link included in such emails.
