If the address you selected when signing up for a Credit Karma Money Spend or Save account does not match our database of valid US mailing addresses you may see an error message “We had trouble verifying that address. Please check that it’s correct, and try again.”
You must have a valid US mailing address associated with your Credit Karma Money Spend or Save account and you cannot use a PO box address.
If you are seeing this error, please ensure that the address you are using is correct and is formatted exactly as it appears on mail you receive at that address. If we are unable to validate your address you may not be able to open a Credit Karma Money Spend or Save account at this time.
